NCJW will co-sponsor a Gubernatorial Debate, to be held October 3, 4:00-6:30 p.m., at Mount Zion Temple in St. Paul. Moderator Larry Jacobs, Director of the Center for the Study of Politics and Governance in the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute, will ask major party candidates for governor how they intend to improve Minnesota's economy and manage the State's record budget deficit if elected. Other co-sponsors include NCJW-St. Paul section, Mount Zion, Jewish Community Action, Jewish Community Relations Council and 20 other organizations.
