Jewish Women’s Morning at the Capitol will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 8:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at the State Office Building, 100 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, in Saint Paul. The event, which is open to all Jewish women, is co-sponsored by NCJW-Greater Minneapolis, and NCJW-St. Paul and the Upper Midwest Region of Hadassah.

This annual event was created to enable Jewish women to give voice to issues that affect the lives of women, children and families. Participants will learn about critical issues facing the 2011 Minnesota Legislature (such as budget priorities, health care reform, and reproductive rights), build advocacy skills, confront today’s challenging political landscape in a Jewish context, and meet their elected representatives to share their thoughts and perspectives.
